How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a trial period?
Yes! We offer a 30-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your pillow, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Are your pillows machine washable?
Most of our pillow covers are machine washable. However, the inner foam cores should only be spot cleaned. Please check the specific care label on your product for detailed instructions.
